Describe your position in Senior Services and/or Recreation?

I am a Recreation Supervisor for Senior & Adult programming for the City of Burien.

How long have you worked with the senior population?

I have worked with the senior population for over 22 years.

What is your favorite senior event?

One of my favorite senior events is Camp Wrinkle Ranch. This is a 3 day luxury camping trip with seniors from all over King and Pierce County. We nestle ourselves in this wonderful retreat center west of Chehalis and have a grand time. This event gives me the luxury of getting to know the participants, those from my center as well as those from other centers, on a much greater level. They continue to astound me with the energy, mischief, and love of living.

The newsletter contains information regarding WSASC activities, senior center news, and updates. It's a great way to stay informed and connect with other senior centers around the state of Washington.
