Participants will hear presentations from subject-matter experts that offer information and practical skills for individuals and families dealing with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. This Conference will feature dynamic speakers on key topics including elder law, financial planning, hospice care, and managing difficult behaviors for safety at home. The Conference will also feature a speaker detailing her personal journey as an Alzheimer’s disease caregiver, an expert panel providing information and answering questions on community resources, caregiver mental health, medical equipment, plus plenty of break time to visit vendor resource tables.
